HOTEL AND CONFERENCE CENTER IN FORT TSCHEHOTEL AND CONFERENCE CENTER IN FORT TSCHE|

The project included a complex of buildings with a hotel and conference function and an entertainment center, on the site of the historic remains of the Tsche Fort in Warsaw. It was assumed that the profiles of the earth forms would be reconstructed and the structures would be located in the places of unpreserved elements and defensive devices of the fort. This conservation procedure is consistent with the architectural composition of the historic site and does not disturb the exhibition of historic elements. Buildings were designed with contemporary details, creating an urban character with their facade layout. The para-historical character of the buildings was achieved by matching the form of historical buildings and the use of massive brick walls supplemented with steel and glass elements.
