The dominant function of the designed building is a hotel. The building also houses a wellness complex and a complex of multi-functional rooms intended mainly for conferences. The building was clearly divided into two volumes connected by a glass connector. The main entrance with a covered driveway is located in the axis of the connector. The entrance to the conference area is also available from the main driveway. The Spa zone and the conference zone are located in single-story, separate buildings extending beyond the outline of the main buildings.
