HOTEL BALTIC PARK MOLO

ZESPÓŁ WIELOFUNKCYJNY, TAKORADI

Projekty domów jednorodzinnych w nowej dzielnicy Demokratycznej Republiki Konga w Afryce.

Głównym wymaganiem inwestora było stworzenie budynków mieszkalnych o różnym standardzie, spełniających warunki klimatyczne jakimi są obfite deszcze i duże nasłonecznienie. W efekcie powstały domy parterowe z licznymi zadaszeniami i wycięciami w bryle. Cechą wspólną odmiennie zadaszonych budynków są okna zaprojektowane w głębokich podcieniach, przesuwne żaluzje oraz jasna kolorystyka, przełamana drewnianą okładziną ścian i tarasów.

Single-family house designs in a new district of the Democratic Republic of Congo in Africa.

The investor's main requirement was to create residential buildings of various standards, meeting the climatic conditions of heavy rain and high sunlight. As a result, single-storey houses were created with numerous roofs and cut-outs in the body. The common feature of differently roofed buildings are windows designed in deep arcades, sliding blinds and light colours, broken by wooden cladding of walls and terraces.
