A science and technology park, as a place supporting the development of new ideas and innovation, needs an appropriate environment that provides both concentration and an atmosphere for spontaneous, inspiring meetings.

The basic module (office, scientific, industrial) of this organism is a cube, designed as a self-sufficient work space. Each cell was turned towards the center of the structure, opening through large glazing to its own part of the internal courtyard. An additional measure to eliminate the distracting impact of the surroundings was to locate parking spaces in such a way that the noise of cars did not disturb the peace of workers. Common parts, located at the intersection of park users' paths, play an important role in the entire layout. The way these spaces are shaped creates many scenarios conducive to meetings and starting conversations. Project No. 5 is located in the center of the complex. The multifunctional integration zone (space for lectures, conferences, fairs, exhibitions, sports, canteen) runs around the courtyard and is a place that allows users to regenerate, find peace and, at the same time, through its informal character stimulates the flow of knowledge and information.
