For this purpose, it was decided to create a diverse character of the new building. The facade of the frontage of the new Building with vertical divisions of a variable rhythm reveals the purpose of the building. It also defines the function of the square from which the main entrance was arranged. On the southern (internal) side, it was decided to limit to the necessary minimum both the dimensions and the architectural means of expression of the designed building so that it does not dominate the existing layout, fitting into the character of the development layout.For this purpose, it was decided to create a diverse character of the new building.
