The organization of the New Theatre buildings along the adjacent streets (Madalińskiego, Sandomierska and Melsztyńska) and around the courtyard ensures the creation of a space focused on the creative act and its reception, separated from the hustle and bustle of the city, but inextricably linked to it. The external shell of the complex - a shell of concrete walls of the designed buildings and the post-industrial elevation of the hall, create an effective barrier against unwanted external influence.
