 Największy tego typu obiekt w Kielcach. Głównym założeniem projektowym było związanie budynku z miastem poprzez odpowiednią komunikację oraz szklane elewacje, otwierające obiekt na świat zewnętrzny.

The largest facility of this type in Kielce. The main design idea was to connect the building with the city through appropriate communication and glass facades, opening the facility to the outside world.
