OSIEDLE MIESZKANIOWE W KINSZASIE

Budynek będzie zlokalizowany na warszawskiej Woli, w sąsiedztwie istniejącego budynku EQlibrium 1. Wypełni on narożnik ul. Jana Kazimierza i Wschowskiej, dopełniając usługowy kwartał zabudowy.
Budynek wizualnie składa się z dwóch brył. Od strony południowej znajduje się część niższa zaś od północnej znajduje się wyższa bryła, o smuklejszych proporcjach. Cała elewacja jest szklana, o zmiennym rytmie okien, tak by w sposób optymalny zapewnić przyszłym użytkownikom dostęp do światła naturalnego.

On the southern side there is a lower part, while on the northern side there is a higher body with slender proportions. The entire façade is glass, with a variable window pattern to optimally provide future users with access to natural light.

The building will be located in Warsaw's Wola district, next to the existing EQlibrium 1 building. It will fill the corner of ul. Jana Kazimierza and Wschowska, completing the service quarter of the development.
The building visually consists of two volumes. On the southern side there is a lower part, while on the northern side there is a higher body with slender proportions. The entire façade is glass, with a variable window pattern to optimally provide future users with access to natural light.
