Cele społeczne opracowania:
- Ułatwienie dostępu do podstawowych usług i miejsc publicznych,
- Ograniczenie konieczności korzystania z samochodu na rzecz pieszego, rowerowego lub publicznego transportu - zmniejszenie zanieczyszczenia powietrza i emisji gazów cieplarnianych,
- Koncentracja życia społecznego wokół lokalnych ośrodków sprzyja tworzeniu powiązań między sąsiadami i rewitalizacji lokalnej gospodarki,


Social objectives of the study:
- Facilitating access to basic services and public places,
- Reducing the need to use cars in favour of walking, cycling or public transport - reducing air pollution and greenhouse gas emissions,
- Concentrating social life around local centres helps create links between neighbours and revitalise the local economy,
