The area within the Praski Port is to become the new center of the right-bank part of Warsaw. Investment plans in the port area include the construction of marinas, boulevards, hotels, residential and service buildings with numerous restaurants and cafes. The design assumption for this investment brings out the main advantages of an attractive location: direct location in the vicinity of the port, the Vistula River and green areas. The divisions used on the façade refer to the buildings of old Prague, its tenement houses forming street frontages. Red and gray bricks with various shades and textures were used as the basic facade material. It is thus a correspondence with the historic buildings of the port, its granaries, warehouses, and the industrial character of the historical fabric of this part of the city.
