The subject of the study is the construction design of a complex of two multi-family residential buildings with an underground parking lot located on Lake Zegrze. The first building, located in the northern part of the plot, has four floors intended entirely for residential purposes. The second one, located in the southern part of the developed area, consists of two parts connected by an underground parking lot. Its location and shape are adapted to the greatest possible exposure to the lake. Additionally, the break of the body repeats the line of the slope of the slope, which makes the building naturally harmonize with the landscape. The buildings do not stand out from the existing buildings due to their height. All apartments have access to terraces overlooking the lake. Moreover, the apartments on the top floor have green roofs with separated terraces. The materials used refer to the architecture of yachts - white cladding of the inter-story strips and wooden cladding of the interior terraces. The general principle of shaping the building is the striped layout of the floors and the creation of expressive strips of balcony slabs.
