The main entrance is located in the eastern wing, near the existing pond. This part also has a ramp for ambulances. The space at the entrance was designed as a square with attractive forms of low park greenery. The new building consists of two wings in the shape of the letters "C", connected by a lower glass volume. Communication with the Mieszko Hospital building and the brine pool located on the south side is provided by a connector.

The designed facility was located in the southern part of the property - from the side of the existing spa facilities. Thanks to this solution, the historical axial layout of the site was respected. The impact of the new building on the panoramic view and green areas has been limited to a minimum. The buildings divide the park into two distinct sections, which wrap around the historic building on the eastern and western sides.
