Podstawowym obiektem projektowanego centrum handlowego jest trzykondygnacyjny budynek z garażem. Na potrzeby galerii handlowej zaadaptowano również dwa budynki historyczne, które po modernizacji miałyby stać się częścią kompleksu GALERII NOVEJ.

Obiekt został zaprojektowany jako pierzejowy budynek o zróżnicowanych gabarytach. Cały kompleks został podzielony pasażami na kwartały odpowiadające podziałom kwartałów śródmiejskich Koszalina. Dodatkowo zaprojektowano podcień łączący dwa wejścia, nadający budynkom śródmiejski i publiczny charakter eleganckiego domu towarowego.

The basic structure of the planned shopping centre is a three-storey building with a garage. Two historical buildings were also adapted for the needs of the shopping gallery, which after modernisation would become part of the GALERIA NOVA complex.

The facility was designed as a frontage building of various dimensions. The entire complex was divided by passages into quarters corresponding to the divisions of the city centre quarters of Koszalin. Additionally, an arcade was designed connecting two entrances, giving the buildings the city centre and public character of an elegant department store.
